Treeman Hand Made Santoku Chefs knife Sambar Stag AEB-L stainless Steel.

This J. Behring Handmade Santoku has a 6" razor sharp thin .090 thick blade made of AEB-L stainless steel. Blade is 2 " wide.  Its a wonderful design that's been used for hundreds of years.  Its a slicing, chopping cutting all around tool that everyone that cooks should have in the drawer. I use mine everyday and my wife is one of the best cooks I know . Shes a wizard in the kitchen. OAL is about 11". Guard is nickel silver and silver soldered to perfection. Hidden tang runs almost to the end of the primo rock solid sambar stag handle . Butt is pinned nickel silver. This knife will hold and edge and sharpen up with ease.  Comes with a 8 oz made to fit waxed blade cover for safe keeping.  Thanks, Jim
