Return & Refund Policy : NO REFUNDS, Exchanges may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. 

A refund for purchases not shipped will have a 5%-10% fee since we are automatically charged by VISA M/C Amex.ect... Please know we are not collecting that fee, its the Credit Card company.
