This one started out as a favor to my local Gun shop owner. He asked me if I could make him a knife like his grand Mother used in her kitchen on every thing from peeling potatoes, onions, vegetables  and  all kinds of other uses. Made him one then another and another for other customers. I make a full line of Chefs knives for Debas, Santokus, Filet knives ,cleavers, stake knives and many others including carving sets. Might as well have this one in the mix. Most people don't even know that I make all this kind on stuff. Well I do.. Just shipped out a 9 piece set to a person for a retirement gift from his employees. Any way back to the nut sack remover. Blade is 4" long and convex ground. Guard is nickel.
