Treeman 7" AEB-L Stainless Filet Knife Sambar Stag

These are far and few  and when I make them there always sold before they hit the web site.  AEB-L stainless steel is as good as ball bearing steel but does not rust or stain like carbon steels. This bad boy has some flex in the blade and will glide through fish and meat like no other. We have been using them in our kitchens for over 5 years. There awesome. This blade is a bit under 7" and about .90 thick. Silver soldered nickel guard with a long hidden tang for superior strength . The stag is rock solid and pinned  with a pinned nickel butt cap to finish it off in style. OAL is about 12 1/8".  Comes in a made to fit snug 9 oz pouch sheath. Hard to get and priced to sell.
