J. Behring Treeman Fox River Hunter Full Crotch Sambar Stag Treeman Sheath

This J. Behring Treeman handmade Fox River Hunter has a hand forged 1095 5" convex ground blade about .190 thick for that super fast cut.  Nice Treeman deep stamps and the date stamp on the back side of the blade. The flawless silver solder job on the nickel silver guard is as good as you will ever see. Thats becoming a lost art these days.  I  used a nice thick 50 year old maroon fiber spacer  with  a few thin black and white ,aliminum spacers  . The handle is one of my favorites rigs.  . Full Sambar red stag crotch handle  with a thong hole. Fits the hand perfectly and has wonderful color and deep bark all around.  OAL is about 10 1/2". Best of all it comes in a Treeman custom made for this knife  old school belt sheath. I  used some herman oaks distressed  9 0z leather  and added some stainless steel rivets.  Nice gold stitch dipped in neats foot oil. Classic design  like old man scagel made back in the day only better. This is one hell of a hunting knife and its priced to sell. Thanks, JIm Behring
