J.Behring Treeman Boning Hatchet

This J.Behring Treeman Boning hatchet has a razor sharp convex edge, This is small boning hatchet is handforged from high carbon 1095 steel and is about .243 thick. The cutting face is about 1.75" wide, head width about 2.125" Stamp is the J.Behring Treeman. The silver soldered guard is nickel silver above a classic colorway of black, silver, yellow and red. The Red stag handle is pinned through the tang that runs deep into the stag. The butt plate is artifact walrus ivory and is epoxied into place with two ton.
