J. Behring Santoku Chefs knife AEB-L Ironwood

This Santoko has a 6" razor sharp AEB-L stainless steel blade that will slice dice and chop like a son of a bitch! I have been using a stag one same blade in my kitchen for over 5 years and its  the shit ! You can tell I started watching the Netflix  The History of Sware Words. Funny as hell !  Anyway the guard is silver soldered nickel silver . Nice stack of spacers and a killer hard as nails Ironwood border patrol handle. This ironwood is so dense the stabilizer wont bother doing it , the epoxy resin wont penetrate it.  Great durable natural material.  Coes with a made to fit 9ox leather blade cover for safe keeping in your kitchen drawer.
