J.Behring Handmade woodmonk

This J.Behring Handmade woodmonk has a razor sharp, 4" convex ground blade, handforged from high carbon 1095 steel and is about .170 thick. Stamps are J.Behring Handmade and USA 21. The silver soldered guard is cartridge quality brass above a stack of black, brass, red, tan, and green linen micarta spacers. The vintage stag handle is over 100 years old, harvested off of german carving sets from the late 1890's. The handle has beautiful character and color with a german silver butt plate that came on the vintage carving sets. OAL is about 8.5" The made to fit light brown belt sheath is crafted from the very best herman oak veg tan leather, with heavy duty stitching and brass hardware. Priced to sell. Thank You
