J. Behring Handmade Trout & Deer RED STAG MUSK OX

This J. Behring Handmade Trout & Deer is as nice as they come with a 4 1/2" hand forged blade made of the very best 1095 . Rc around 56/57 with a convex grind and a razor sharp edge.  Nice deep stamps with a blade thickness of near .200. Heavy duty ! The hidden tang handle has a stack of black and maroon hand cut spacers with a premium  pinned stag "RED STAG " sambar extra long handle with a custom fit musk ox butt cap. OAL is about 9 1/4". Wonderful knife that will skin and gut any North American game animal. Had a old customer skin and feild dress a 10' plus Grizzley bear up in Alaska with a knife I made him smaller than this one .We  made a high quality custom fit leather belt sheath with a tie downs and a heavy stitch and solid stainless steel rivets . Made to work and last a life time . One of a kind.
