J.Behring Handmade Trout & Bird

This J.Behring Handmade Bird & Trout has a razor sharp 4" long, convex ground blade, handforged from high carbon 1095 and is about .105" thick. Stamps are J.Behring Handmade and USA 21. The silver soldered guard is cartridge quality brass above thick black, brass, thin black, red and thick brass spacers. The stag is vintage red stag, harvested from german carving sets from around the 1890's. The handle has great color and character, it is pinned through the tang that runs nearly out the rear of the handle. The butt plate is artifact walrus ivory and is epoxied in place with two ton. OAL is about 8.5"  The made to fit belt sheath is dark brown with heavy duty stitching and brass hardware. A classic blade made for any serious hunter. Priced to sell. Thank You
