J. Behring Handmade Special lHunter Red Stag AEB-L Stainless

This is the ultimate Special Hunter a new pattern and one of my favorites  Its  made with AEB-L stainless steel that will perform like 52-100 ball bearing steel with out the rust or staining.. This knife has a 6" blade made with .090 thick AEBL steel. Thin blades cut and slice through meat and muscle like butter. I wouldn't chop bone with it but for all your butchering needs its great. The guard is nickel silver and soldered. The hidden tang handle has a nice stack of hand cut spacers and about the best real red sambar stag you will see. I finished it of with a wonderful walrus ivory butt ap. OAL is about 10 7/8". Comes in a made to fit shark and 9 oz leather belt sheath. Priced to sell and one of the first made like it. I can make them in 5" as well and also  5160 or 1095 carbon steel  . Hammermarks are Carbon steel only . Thanks, Jim
