J. Behring Handmade Chefs Knife AEB_L Stainless Stag Musk ox

This Treeman Camp Chefs Knife is one hell of and all around knife for the kitchen or deer camp. Blade is 7 1/4" long and made of Cyro tempered AEBL stainless steel. Comparable to 52-100 ball bearing steel but it will not rust or stain. Ny family has been using my chefs knives for over 5 years and they stay sharp and out cut mass produced crap by a long shot. This blade is a nice shape for slicing, trimming , skinning and all around meat processing . This blade about .080 thick, strong and easy to sharpen on rare occasion . I make 2 pcs carving sets with fork , Butcher , Santoku, Cleaver, Filet , paring, skinning , Oulu, stake knives and stake knife sets and the list goes on.  This is the first one I have listed . You don't need to be a hunter of fisherman to have a need for a quality handmade knife.  The hidden tang handle is primo sambar stag with a musk ox butt cap. spacers are all hand cut and one off patterns unless there in a set. Comes with a leather blade cover and we can also make you a pouch or belt sheath for a little bit more money, just let us know. You will be amazed on how well this knife  performs Thanks, Jim
