Scagel Style Hunter Crown Stag

This J.Behring Hand made old school Scagel style hunter  has a 4 1/2" handforged blade made of 1095. Convex ground with a razors edge. The guard is silver soldered and made of cartridge quality brass. the hidden tang handle  has a bunch of hand cut spacers along with horse hide and a pinned whitetail crown stag butt.  Overall length is about 9 1/4". The Treeman Leather shop pouch sheath is hand made  from the very best USA tanned Herman Oaks leather. Lined with 5/6oz  horsehide and riveted with a heavy welt that will make this the very best all around sheath  for this knife and will last many generations .   This is the perfect size knife for just about any north american big  game, birds and  just a great all around outdoor knife.
