J. Behring Handmade Trout & Deer Knife Red Stag

 This J. Behring Handmade Trout & Deer knife has a hand forged 4 1/2" blade made of the very best high carbon 1095 steel. Convex ground blade with a razor sharp edge and an Rc of about 57. Guard is solver soldered cartridge quality brass . The extra lonh hidden tang handle has a stack of hand cut spacers of brick red, black, brass with a killer real red sambar stag handle. Finished off with a pinned brass butt cap. OAL is about 9 1/2".  The sheath is top shelf handmade rite here in our leather shop. No corners cut and only the very best materials and craftsmenship. This is 100% hand made  in America by a veteran not some sweat shop in china where much of the knives are coming from these days. Investment quality and made to be handed down for many generations.
