J. Behring Handmade Nesmonk Musk Ox Birds Head handle Ostrich leg sheath

SOLD !!!! You can order this knife now before the musk ox runs out !This is the first Nesmonk I have made with a full birds head musk ox horn handle. The hand forged blade is a full .250 thick 1095 steel and about 2" wide at the clip. Covvex ground so its stronger than any other grind and razor sharp. Deep stamps with USA 2019 on the back side. Brass guard is silver soldered. The hidden tang runs back about 4 " into the stabilized  Musk Ox Horn birds head pinned handle. Handle is long dam near 5 1/2" from the front of the guard for good balance. Spacers are badd ass old school butter scotch,black,brown, copper,brass ... OAL is about 10 3/4". The custom made to fit perfect sheath is full stitched all the way around with a hard burnish and a wonderful ostritch leg face. Solid brass rivets and a tie down on the back side. Musk ox is hard to get. I had the only good connection along with Duke Mcaa some years back when were were getting 10 to 12 full racks a month from a bush pilot op in Noam. That connection dried up when he got a new job down south wher there are no Mush Ox around Anchorage Alaska. I am still working of my stash of Musk Ox that won't last for ever.   Great old school hunter at a fair price. Thanks, Jim
